ot chevy to dodge

this is what we are starting with and this is what we are working on, boring winter needed another project.

what are you going to build? if your going to stick the cummins in that chevy pretty please keep us posted on the details, what happened to the chevys front drive shaft? it looks destroyed
 
still interested, as ive basicly got the same 2 trucks, only the dodge is a 94, the chevy ia a 12foot flatbed with dump and is much more usable than the dodge which is a standard pickup, the fuel economy and power of the cummins in the chevy truck would be a winner even if its the chevy stuff sitting on the dodge frame, [ wont be the first time ive changed the wheelbase on a truck]
 
Was a 91 dodge. Putting the Chev cab on the dodge frame. Building the cab and core support mounts with about a 5" lift. Will have 35" tires on it with a flatbed.
 
Eric, 91 dodge chassis but I think you could do it with a 94 up dodge just as easy. Using all of the dodge wiring and dodge steering column. Building a custom dash also so that we can put all of the gyages in the dash. Son is doing all of the hard work. Just needs the old man to point him in the right direction.
 
Red, got enough big block chev trucks, sooo this is a dodge chassis with a chev body as a chev frame is too light to put a cummins in without a lot of frame work. Will keep everyone informed of the progress.
