Blufloet piano moving truck?

My grandmother died in 1920 because the landlord came into her kitchen to heat a can of paint to thin it..heating on her cookstove. The paint exploded and caught her dress on fire. She ran to the animal tank and jumped in. Badly burned, she lived 9 more days.
Family notes said the she was "transported in a Blufloet piano truck because it had better springs"
I can find no mention of whether that was a business name or a piano name or type of truck.
This board has a lot experience in things mechanical and I thought I would try here for an answer to the question.

I googled it, and came up with nothing. But some people with that name. I'm guessing it was the name of a local piano company, now lost in the sands of time.
