Good morning Guy’s:
What’s this wd-45 worth today: SSN# 153957 It runs, it has a freeman loader on it with a dozer blade It has a few oil leaks, it has combine tires on it with chains. And it will need a new battery. It has no power steering. and it dose not smoke or use oil other than the leaks. I bought last year to rebuild I have had two knee replacements and it very hard to get on and off from it. So it got to go.
Many Thanks

I'd say $1500, maybe $1800. The combine tires hurt as much as help, the loader would be nice with a bucket. It is a wide front though and looks straight. Also depends on your location.

I would confirm 15-1800 as well, maybe another 20-25% if it
came with powersteering on a loader type unit such as this.

The rear tires look like standard bar treaded tires. Whats the difference between them and combine tires? Guess I didn't know there was a diffence between what was put on a combine and what was put on a tractor.

The difference in the tires/wheels are:

Combine wheels are just "pressed steel".. WD45's should be "power adjust"
the size: Combine wheels are usually 26" dia, whereas I believe the 45's used 28" dia wheel.

However, they do bolt up, as you can see. I have a set of 23.1-26's I thought about putting on my D-17, but just using it as a loader tractor anymore, I really don't need the wider tires for extra float.

I'd have to agree with the others, 15-1800.. However, I'd ask $2000, and leave a little wiggle room. Friend of mine sold a WD45 this fall that ran (but needed minor repairs) with a narrow front, no loader (and I think there was something going on in the hand clutch, as he had to price the repair parts for the purchaser) and he got 1400 out of it.

If I had a good reliable setup for hauling, it would be my pleasure to deal with you. But I think the round trip from central Alberta to Iowa and back would be too much for my old chevy. Oh well, so it goes.
Take care my friend.

Thanks for enlightning me. I understand what you are talking about now. I always thought the power adjusted wheels was a option and not necessarily standard eguipment on a tractor. But as I think about it I can't ever remember seeing a WD45 without them. Good luck with your sale.
