Site Improvements.

I don't know if it's my server, my pc, or this site but the last few days it's been lightning fast. Switching from one forum to another takes about one second. Previewing a post takes the same, and then submitting it and getting the message sent info takes less than a secound.

Have a DSL high speed and the new server is a tad jumpie and can tell when the server is under a strain with the slow reaction time.

Other than that it is raining at the present time in northern Illinois on fresh snow.

new system makes dial up look like a speed

demon and I have reasonably hi speed , other

sites are still fast.

Site seems faster to me since Saturday and I'm on satellite not dial-up. If we didn't have progress we'd still be farming with a horse or mule.

On DSL, was real slow sunday, good yesterday until evening. Then slow agian. Little slow today.

I hope they don't "improve" it too much. I have dial up at home and this site is the best working one going.
I used to be able to use ebay ,but they have done so much "improving" it is almost useless now.

I've noticed very little, if any difference. Sometimes it is lightning fast, sometimes it is agonizingly slow. Just like it's been for the last 2 or 3 years.

I dont know whats up with my pc, but when I click on discusion forums on the left I get a blank page for the last two days.Today i hit all forums at top of page and finally was able to get to tractor talk.Anyone got a clue on this?
