I'd ask my rebuilder for specific instruction but the last one I had off I was just careful not to move anything and put it back the same way.

The ones I've removed I always put engine on #1 TDC on comp.stroke

On Rosamaster pumps there is a window with a timing mark inside, if you have anything like that you could turn the engine over until it lines up. Stanadyne must have some way to time them.

If you have a standadyne DE10,You need a timing pin for the flywheel and one for the pump
