MF serial number location

I have a MF135 & need an owners manual, where do I find the serial number so I know the yr? And does anyone know where I might find an OM for it once I know the yr?
 
Dani, The s/n plate is on the lower (vertical)
portion of dash panel. The early 135 had 4 cyl
Continental gas, then after approx early '69
they had a Perkins 3 cyl gas.If a diesel,it would
be a Perkins 3 cyl regardless of age. I do have a
used or near new manual for the tractor if a 3 cyl Perkins (gas or diesel) reas. Chuck
 
From what I"ve heard, some of the very last US production 135"s ("74 and early "75) had Continental 4-cylinder gassers too. The reasoning I"ve heard was Perkins was back-logged with demand for AD3-152 DIESELS, and couldn"t produce the quantity of gas engines MF required. I was told this by a long time MF dealer that I trade with.
 
Thanks... I found it. But cant find an OM for it. S/N is 9A84663 it is the 4 cyl gas.Any suggestions where to look for the op manual?

Dani, The correct manual for the 135 with 4 cyl
Continental gas is p/n 690 677M3. Suffix could
vary by age of manual reproduced. Your tractor is
a 1969. Did you try MF dealer or this site? Chuck
