Another try at tractyor pics.

Nice Dexta. I've seen a Porsche Jr. 'over here', at
a show in MN a couple years ago. Not one you see
often though. The 3rd pic in the top link is my
favorite - younger brother to the one in my garage,
by a year. Even the same color.

Works for me. What a bunch of tractors and such. Some of the exhaust pipes looks like they came off a RIVER BOAT in NEW ORLEANS. Interesting though. Only seen one tractor related to our "OLD UGLY". Small McCormick- FARMALL. What do they use the UNIMOG for in farming. (gotta be a dumb question I Know) but inquiring minds want to know. REally enjoyed the pics. My buns got tired sitting, but I stayed with it lol. Now Last Question. WHERE WAS YOU AND YUOUR TRACTOR IN THESE PHOTOS??????? Thanks ,

Unimogs can have frt and rear 3PH and hydraulic connections, the beds dump (3 ways on some). Not my taste though and can get real expensive.
I was behind the camera and my tractor was home where it belonged

Those big magaphone pipes are used on non-supercharged 2-cycle diesels for scavenging the exhaust. Lanz Bulldog, Field Marshall, and other similar tractors used them.

Dave, nice set if pics. Some airports over here, use the 'mogs as snowplow/snowblower trucks. I have a Pinzgauer, that I am working on, right now, aim is to eventually put a V plow, or a blower on it. It has a gremlin in it right now, somewhere in the front end, hope to exorcise it this spring, just don't have the $ for it right now!

What brand is the big green tractor in pic 574. Also is that a 4WD Pasquale behind the big green tractor. Are they manufactured anymore. Thanks for the pics.

That is a Lanz Bulldog. There are a few here in the states. At lest one in New England that I have seen at the Dunstable, MA show. Didn't have the fancy fenders though.

That is also a Lanz Bulldog. Single cylinder two-stroke Diesel. Around forty hp. Starter aid is a "hot bulb" that is heated with a torch. I think some of the Lanz also were started with a specially loaded shotgun shell similar to how a British Field Marshall tractor was started. Anybody want my Series 3 Field Marshall located in eastern MA?
