have a 2 stage snow blower that always pluggs up in wet snow. so today i was looking around and found a can of pam cooking oil spray. (go figgure, it was in the kitchen cabinet!!) gave the augers and chute a good spraying, wow, wet snow slid right thru, never plugged it up. also works good for lubing tire beads when mounting tires in a pinch..
btw.......dont tell the missus!!!!

I spray down my leather work shoes and boots with vegetable spray. Keeps them soft, water resistant.

Then when you come in from snowblowing, you can use it in your frying pan to cook your eggs! Missus will never know.

Tried Slip Plate on my 3 point blade - didn't help at all.
Will see if wifey has some - otherwise call (815) BR - 549 for extree! Hope you answer.

I've been in the pharmaceutical industry for about ten years now. A couple of years ago I was visiting a doctor in West Virginia (no joke), who had pam cooking spray setting in each exam room. I asked him why and he said he had run out of KY jelly and needed something to use for prostate exams. It was a good thing I promoted an antibiotic that was used to treat prostatitis.

I wonder if that would work in the bucket on my Massey 35. I have trouble getting the snow to slide out sometimes. I'm glad to hear it worked on your blower.

another good use is to spray down the atv engine and under works, mud washes off real easy after a hard day of getting stuck!!!

Pam used to be the hot set up to use on power valves on 2 stroke dirt bikes to keep them from getting gummed up so fast. Dave

works good on squeaky door hinges too...my sisters new house had more squeaks than i could stand...couldnt find any 3 in 1 oil or anything in their garage so i tried the PAM...been 2 years...i was up there for turkey day and it was still quiet.

My next door neighbor (a 75 year old lady) has dish network, her dish always gets covered with snow. I always have to climb on her roof to clean it of so she can get reception. This year after the first snow fall I sprayed it with Pam and I haven't had to get on the roof again. Steven

Most paper shredders call for lubrication. Places like Office Depot etc. sell little bottles for about a dollar an ounce. I take a clean sheet of paper and spray it on both sides with Pam or other brands of cooking spray and run it through the shredder. It helps keep paper shards from jamming in the shredder.

It also works for to make it easier to remove burs/sticktights from long-haired hunting dogs. You can also use "Show Sheen" available at horse tack shops.

Great idea, but now she's going to call you complaining all she gets on TV is the cooking show! And after that she will complain that when she changes channels it won't stop on the channel she wants, slips right past it. You better get back up on that roof right away and clean that dish back off!

And if you want a good laugh, replace your wifes hairspray with a can of Pam (just kidding).
