Upset SS need more money???

Got my check today $200 for social security? Normally it's like $30 either something new passed or my boss pushed the wrong button he said he double checked though.

I think that is something that they decided when you work outside for other income ?

My wife got a separate check though as she did work last year. it was almost $200.00

Although he wasn't real specific what I believe Gojd was saying is that he got paid, and his usual SS deduction is $30 and this time it was $200. I don't think he was talking about recieving a SS check, as I don't think it is possible to recieve a monthly SS check for an amount as low as $30. Could be wrong though. My guess is the last paycheck of the year and they had some witholding shortage to make up.

Sorry it's this weeks check still got a couple coming, my co- worker had the same thing, guessing the boss messed up somehow
