Way OT: CMA festival Fan Fair in Nashville

I know this is way off topic, but was thinking about going to 2011 CMA Fan Fair in Nashville next spring...

I was just wondering what tips or advice anyone had that might have. Does anyone have any "package" recommendations for hotel/ticket packages??

When is that? We take the 5th wheel down to Nashville and stay not far from the Opry. Downtown isnt far away. If its in June expect it to be hot
