Grain futures

Is there a website that would explain how the whole futures and options things work? Also is there any of this for livestock? I realize that to be successful you need to be market savvy and I am not. Thanks for any help.

Im not sure about a website explaining futures. You mite try Purdue University's website. There a big ag college here in IN.But there is a futures market for livestock.

Jeremy, The National Futures Association has all kinds of material that will explain how the futures and options markets work. You can do a search for them and contact them for the information you need. They are very helpful and can send you information that will help you learn about the markets.

You could probable get some partial info from web sites but you would learn more if you go to your local library or book store. There are many books written that explain well how options and futures work. This is a good way to do some marketing but be cautious and try to understand the risk and reward of such trading.
