Did some work on the tractor today. I changed out the manure bucket and put on the snow blade.
We then drained out all the antifreeze and flushed it. Then we put in new coolant so now it is ready for this winter. Now it is protected to about -20 degrees. It was fun working on the tractor today. A week ago this tractor wasnt running. After changing the sparkplugs, wires and condenser. and filing the points, it starts really easy.
Ready for the snow, are you?
Thanks for reading.
From Nebraska,
Andrew.

Hey Andrew!,

Good feeling it is to get a tractor running, and ready for work.

Thanks for sharing with us and especially the pics of that neat loader!

Holy Moly! That's a man size plow.Neat the way it lifts, haven't seen that kind of setup before.

What make of loader is that? Sure is unique as to the lift mechanism. Never seen one like that before.

When I was a kid, my dad had a similar setup on an "A". He used it to push silage on the pile back when we had a high compressioned "G" pulling a single row silage cutter.
I remember dad going back and forth all day long with it and packing the silo.

Well this season will be the first for the tractor here, so hopefully it will all work good and do its job of clearing our long driveway of all the snow!
