As each of you enjoy your friends and family tomarrow, take a moment to say thanks to our men and women in the military, and their families who can't be together.

My son is career Air Force. I am so very proud of what he does everyday to keep all f us safe from harm. It is really hrd on hollidays and birthdays not to be able be with them. He is soon going to Korea ( mom and i are scared stiff ) Thanks for the kind words for our families Kenny

Yes they deserve that plus a whole lot more. It is hard on them on the holidays because they are not with there family's and many are sitting right now having to duck and cover, sure not the best way to spend Thanksgiving day
I still remember those days from being in the navy no fun but hey some one has to be there to keep all the rest safe

I know what you mean. Our oldest son now retired from the Navy after 22 years spent 3 TOD in the Gulf and off the Korean coast. He retired as a senior chief of personell. He is also a Plank Holder of the USS Cole. He was assigned to it wnen it was being built in Newport News. My wife traveled to its comissioning in Fort Jackson, and we were both given a tour of the ship while still in NPN. Our son was reasigned to the Sacromento just before the Cole was bombed in Yemmen. The Sacramento has since been decomissioned, at which time he retired and he is now a Pro. Firefighter in the Seattle Wa. area," emergency services"
