Bolt on 3 point hitch

Seen an ad a few months back in a farm magazine from a company that offered category 2 and 3 point hitches that bolted onto tractors that don't have a 3 point. I didnt save the ad and tried to find one on the internet with no luck. Any body know of a company that offers these type of hitches, looking to put one on a 1466, but would like one heavier than the category 1 systems that are common for H's and M's. Thanks for any information.

Theres FAUL mfg in Harvey no.Dak
Just one of many i would gess
I would try google 3point hitches and maybe find one in your area.

Saginaw County Tractor has one of the better of all of them. You can do a search, but seems like the website is saginawcountytractorparts.com. Could be wrong about that.

It has pto but no 3 point, it has a standard drawbar similiar to the old M's and H's, but heavier.

Thanks, I called them tonight, guess they are a little higher than I expected. He quoted me 1800 for a category 2 with all mounting hardware and hitch. Salvage yard wants 1300 for all parts to convert to a factory 3 point. Not sure which way to go.

Thanks, but it looks like they only offer the lighter 3 point for H,M 400,and 560 type tractors. I don't think that would be heavy enough for the snowblower and double bale fork, but I could be wrong. They are quite a bit cheaper at $750 though.

Yeah I thought those swing arms were standard. You've got the massive spline shafts sticking out on either side right?

Best bet may be a trip to your local dealer or salvage yard, depending on how much you want to spend (tax time is coming you know!)

That looks like the wheatland style drawbar. If the salvega yard gave you a price $500 less than an aftermarket,I'd go with the original style used one for sure.

No it doesn't have the lift shaft or control so I would have to get the whole top rear end housing, all the arms, and row crop drawbar and sway blocks, I am not sure if the salvage yard included the rowcrop drawbar with the price. Don't have any plans to sell or trade, just trying to figure an affordable way to stick a 3pt on it so I could use it on the snowblower in winter and carry bales with a dual fork in summer. Seen a few 1066's sell this past summer for around 6000, maybe just get another one and leave this one as is.

Look at one in person. I have one on my H, and it is much stouter than any OEM class 1 hitch I have seen. Saginaw might make you up something custom.
