Speaking of snow!

This is from this past Febuary, when we had snow for 5 days. The snow slid of the barn so I couldent even use the side door behind the pile!

Thanks for the pics JD. Im glad we dont get that much snow! It would be neat if we did once in my life time.. As I remember Im 20 miles east of Cobleskill, and your 20 or so miles west of it...Amazing the differance in snowfall. J
 
If we ever get a foot of snow we are shut in for days. Haven't had any big snows here Southern Illinois, since the late 70's. I think we would be better than then, because of front wheel assist tractors, and 4X4 suv's and pickups. I have never saw a snow blower work. Maybe I never will. We do have our share of Ice. There is nothing you can do with Ice except wait. So we do have a generator or two. beautiful pictures Vic
 
Cobleskill is often warmer and a lot less rain and snow. But, go as far a Middleburg, and compared to here - it's like being in a different state. Gerber used to grow a lot of crops there for making baby-food.
