CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE BEST WAY TO TAKE THE SPINDLE BUSHINGS OUT ON A 9N AND THE EAY THE BEARINGS AND SEALS ARE PLACED.

If I remember right I just drove the new bushings in from both ends and left the old ones in there. Don't quote me on it. Go to the N board. They have done it all.

the bushings are supposed to be reamed after installation,...it may be hard to get spindle back in without reaming,...i put mine in a 3 jaw chuck in my lathe and turned the inside to match the diameter of the spindle

Use a bushing cutter to get the old bushings out.I cant see how the old ones could left in place after they were driven in.I bought reamers from a used tool shop for my 640.The 9n has the same diameter bushings top and bottom.Make sure you dont get the thrust bearings in upside down.
