Well As I said it was a prefect fall day here. High of 72.3 at 2:30 Wife painted ceder shakes on front of garage, Our son came up to help me with an issue with the wind turbine and then he drew some wagon loads of corn for the uncles with his Case 770. He and the 770 were born in 1971.I goofed off a bit this afternoon, don;t tell my boss.

really nice pictures! My wife is afraid of heighths, or I would show her that picture, lol One day I would like to take a road trip with my wife just to see that beutiful countyside in NY State it looks unbelievable! I had an uncle who had a dairyfarm in addison ny near corning, when I was 17or 18 I rode my Kawasaki 500 there, it was a 5 hr ride from nj , He died of cancer and his family sold the farm. I remember when he moved ther I was about 12 years old, He had a reallygood job here in nj but he wanted to dairy farm, Iremember my father trying to talk him out of it. My father said it is too hard to start dairy farming at his age. I think my dad was right , he worked 7 days a week and never got ahead. My father had a small farm in nj and did lots of work on the side, then bought a farm in pa to visit on weekends

thanks for sharing the pics acd. i may be on my way to moving out that way, just got called for an interview for a job on the eastern side of adks. where are you located? my wife is from cny and has family in boonville.

I live 12m. north of Cooperstown NY and 13m. south of the Mohawk River on US RT 20. in a little speed trap called E. Springfield. Water from the farm flowes two ways. North to the Mohawk and on to the Hudson River, and south to Otsego lake which the headwaters of the Susquehanna river which flows to Chesapeake Bay.
