After flushing the hydraulic system on the 330 I.H. utility, nothing seems to work. The pump is getting oil as I can geta oil from the pressure side of the pump. Before the flushing, the oil had water in it, but everything worked as it should. After the flushing with fuel oil, everything behind the valve seems to be dead. After the flushing, I refilled the system. and the pump sounded as though it was starving for oil.

sounds like you got a suction screen or filter partially plugged up not letting full flow thru.

I don't see any filter or place for a screen. Th I.T. manual does not show any either. Could it be in the Valve body?

IT manuals will get you by in a pinch but they leave alot to be desired on detail...if you have a IH dealer somewhere close a visit to the parts counter should help you track the problem down...screen could be inline or in the hyd sump.

i had a similar problem on my dozer and it ate my lunch for almost a year trying to figure it out...it was a screen plugged in the sump.
