I've used that method on a small scale just to experiment and it works fine.

I've gotten good results with electroysis, but you have to be patient. It looks like you will be suspending the part.

I use it on a small scale also.

I know a guy though that has been experimenting with carbon blocks as the "sacrificial" end.
much easier to clean rust won't stick so bad and just wash off.

Yes. My plan is to use stainless steel rods and chains with hooks so I can hang several small parts at a time or one or two big parts. I'm getting ready to restore an old mower and a plow. Suggestions on how to do nuts and bolts?

Don"t use stainless on the plus side.

Yeah, I was just using stainless on the neg. side so I would get a good contact.

I've heard to put them in a screen. Take the positive ones out and clean them when the amperage goes down. Like stated, I've read to not use stainless steeland do the process where you have plenty of ventilation as the process produces hydrogen gas which is explosive. Be patient it works well but it takes time. Gerard
