Well thats people for ya !..THAT H Should be WORTH 10 grand ONLY to the SELLER!, if original owner was His DAD , AND is now DECEASED ???... I Would Love To find My DADS red/white 1958 DESOTO FireFlite with the 392hemi that came out of a totaled ambulance..

If the john deere guys can get away with selling 3 piece weight sets for $1,000 us farmall guys should get away with selling an entire tractor for $10,000 =)

Someone had an ultra rare $15,000 560 here on craig's list . Then today I see someone selling 5 cement used cement blocks for buck each ,,,Menards has em for 94 cents ,,go figure

He's asking 10K or BO. Maybe not a bad idea. Keep all the low ballers away. Sounds like he knows he won't get the 10K. It's easy to get more into these machines than you will ever get back. I know I stopped counting at 4K on my H, about 15 years ago. I had about 8K in my 300U. If I had everything professionally done, 10K would be easy.

Where's it at. I'm interested. Sounds cheap to me. That would make my SMTA worth probably 20,000, Hope you guys know that i'm kidding. Really though someone on craigslist has a Super C for 19,000. I'm not sure which is worst.

I would say if it was never worked on a farm and it was bought in the 50's they got money to burn. it should be given to a museum.

They only made 987 IH I330Us 1957-58 you make the call. They built Farmall Hs from 1939 through 1953 TNTM so unless it does the chores on it's own and furnishes the driver wearing a bikini and has a thousand horsepower I would think twice on 10 grand.IMHO The Oliver S99 too close to call probably right on and it looks good!

the other side (s) is that if you dont ask it, you have no chance of getting it. it maybe that he doesnt want to entertain all the 1K offers and if its truely totally original with little or no hours on it-- what is it worth? i sure dont know-- most of us here, like the old tractors and intend to use them with the limitations that they offer and we cannot use an H at $10K.
