Great time to be on the river enjoying the views with the trees turning. We were out a week ago, a little early leafwise.

PainFully Dry here ,, Wife caught a Plastic Planter on fire with a Cigarette But SHE THOUGHT SHE SQUEZED out , the potting Soil Was So Dry it was nothingBut Coals and Embers when We discovered it ,, I t REALLY Had the Potential to Catch the Dry foliage and go Under the Wood Porch ,,

There's a hook in the Ohio by Paducah, KY that we used as an aiming point when navigating transport planes by search radar when I was one of Uncle Sam's Misguided Children.
 
Well, one thing's for sure. You have the clearest picture of the Lock Ness monster that I've ever seen, and apparently its not in Scotland, which is probably why no one can ever find it over there when they're looking for it.

By the way, nice picture. Beautiful scenery, except for you know what. Grin.

Nice Shot.

Was just down there a couple weeks ago in the morning. Really pretty around there this time of year. They've really dressed up the downtown over the past 10 years or so. Real nice place.

I'm just north of you, other side of 74, and the hills were looking great this weekend up here.
 
Wow! I was raised a few miles down the river in Madison. Had a lot of relatives in RS. Just lost the oldest family member a few months ago. He was born and raised there.
 
Hey nice picture, better half and I try to at least eat down by the river a couple of times a year. Glad to see some local folks posting on here, I'm from Aurora and I think we have some pretty country around here in Southeast Indiana.
