Little background:
Last December I ordered a parts washer and a 5 in 1 power supply. Got the washer in March (back ordered). Emailed and asked about the power supply and was told that it shipped just before Christmas. Told them Santa musta dropped it down the wrong chimney and to send it again. They sent a postal claim form which I signed, scanned and faxed, emailed, and snail mailed back (April). Still nothing in June so emailed. No response, emailed again in July and was told it was back ordered with shipping end of August. Emailed last week and was told it was backordered and would ship mid October.
Called the customer service number a few minutes ago and said I'd like to place a telephone order. Asked for 30 of the 5 in 1's . Lady checked, came back and started asking for my address payment method, etc (all ready for immediate shipment).
I was excited and said "wow, you got that many ready to go!?)
Lady said "yea just need your address and CC#"

I said "that's great! Just refer to order# xxxx and send me my dam item! when can I expect it?"

She stammered around a little, put me on hold, came back and said how sorry they were and my stuff would be shipped 1st thing Monday and I'll get a code for 20% off my next order.

Told you I's gots people skills..........
