Way O/T-15 inch wheels Caravan to Cruiser

Been trying to determine if the 15 inch 5 bolt wheels off of a 2000 Dodge Caravan will fit a 2008 PT cruiser. I know the tires are larger on the Caravan, but wondering if the wheels will fit? I sold the van, kept the extra wheels, bought the Cruiser, and want to put snows on it. I have been trying to find a site to determine if they will fit unsuccessfully, so thought I would try here. Thanks.

Both are 15 inch. In trying to look it up online, there were a lot of different dimensions listed, most in mm. (Milimeters?) That is what I was trying to sort out, hoping someone could translate it in English for me! I think the differences might be in dish of the wheel or something that is what I am trying to determine. I know the van tires are taller.

They are not both 15. A pt cruiser is 16 inch wheels I own one I know. Like I said the 15 inch probably won't clear the caliber.

I just went and looked at my 2008 PT Cruiser. My tires are 195 65R 15.

There are 25.4 mm per inch.

Example: 30mm divided 25.4 = 1.181 inches

One time I swapped wheels from one caravan to another, factory wheels but different style. Worked fine for about a year until the brakes wore enough to move the calipers out a hair resulting in very loud grinding noise.
