Vandalism to farm equipment

Farmer north of me had several tires slashed and cab windows broken out on his equipment. Tens of thousands of dollars damage.
Speculation was that it was because he harvested his corn a little early this year and he ended up harvesting pot plants that were in the field along with the corn, and the pot growers took revenge....

There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. It's an example of how low our society has come and how far we have to go.

My thoughts exactlly.Only problem is half of them work for the guberment and if we start harvesting them we don't know were to stop.

Agreed! A pothead festival in Wash. St. boasts 200,000 people in attendance. Granted, the reporters were probably so stoned they couldn't count past 10. I'd like to see or hear about an antique or contemporary tractor show that can garner a crowd like that. Shoot, I'd go (to the tractor show) just to see it & believe it. Ya know, if it weren't for us farmers, the hippies wouldn't have had a place for Woodstock. Gee, that venue would have been sooo exiting in Madison Square Garden! Buncha putz'!

It just seems to me like farmers are always getting the short end of things these days.
