Are you getting some of this rain? It just started here. Son got done baling fourth cutting Alfalfa yesterday morning. It was treated with Pro-serve and moister was about 18%. Backed it in barn and went to work. Sure nice looking. He had to work on the wire twister on the baler. I looked at it and suggested one little adjustment. He had tried it and it still missed once in a while. After he did my adjustment he bailed the whole the whole field and never missed a bale. Hope you are getting some rain.

Yup. Dallas is getting a good rain. Got about 1.5 inches yesterday. Mostly a nice, soaking rain, but a few downpours mixed in.

We really need it. Unfortunately, it doesn"t look like we"re getting much at the farm.

So Nancy, has this ever happened to you and James?

Got ready to bale some nice horse quality hay, cut Saturday to square bale Monday.

Rained on it before I could get it picked up, so now I had some good cow hay.

More rain, actually drenching, now it is good goat hay.

However, it is going to rain all week, anybody need any erosion hay???

Not yet. We've had the bahaia cow hay rained on, but so far we've dodged that bullet with the coastal horse hay.

Sooner or later it happens to everyone who bales hay.
