Took the camera along yesterday, and thought I'd pass these photos along. All were taken starting about 6 A.M. and ended about 9 P.M.

Baling hay in the morning.

Got the H and the GP fired up, and started getting them ready for a show.

After lunch I stacked the bales made yesterday morning.

A completed stack placed.

After dinner the trusty helper and I went out to put a couple cows back in that somehow managed to get out. Probably need to put checking fence on the things to do list.

Then I changed the irrigation water.

Finished up the day by fixing a tire and giving the mower tractor an oil change.

I can drop it clear down, and make a paint booth back there. Nothing fancy, but it keeps the overspray off my tools. When not being used I can roll it clear up to the ceiling.

The hay being baled is Alfalfa, and the hay being irrigated is orchard/timothy grass. I also have mixed hay.

Is that door custom or home built? Seems like a pretty good idea, extra lighted area at night or better lighting for painting. Nice!

It's a New Holland 1069 balewagon. Picks up and stacks 160 bales in each load. They're pretty common here.

The door is actually made by a company called Hydroswing. They are becoming more common, and I think other companies are making them now too. It's a one piece door opened by hydraulic cylinders. Mine measures 24'x16' but they'll build about any size you want.

you changed the oil in yours...

I was tired, to I only changed the air in my spare tire. LOL...

Great on the dog and the garage.

Looks like you are enjoying the shop. Your pasture seems to be in good shape. Bales look good as always.

Great pictures Dave. That Alfalfa really looks good. Wyoming hay wins a lot at the World Forage Field Day. Looks like you have a nice setup.

Dave, Great pictures and great operation. Can you tell me what year the HN is. I'm curious as I have a 1943 HN totaly restored. I love it and use it for rakeing hay here in VA. Bob C
