Advice on 3020

I have a 3020 diesel that has been setting for 2-3 years without being ran. My question is do I have to take all the fuel lines off and clean them before I try starting? Any advice would be great.

Prolly not a bad idea to change filters and drain fuel too. I had a 1066 that sat for 5years. I didnt feel like getin to involved so drained the fuel changed filters and cleaned out the lines. Had to change filters a few times before all the crud was out but still runin just fine now.

Would only change the filters and add some Standedyne fuel conditioner for lubricity.Do this before priming the new filters. Soy Diesel will clean everything up, if you haven't been using it.
Probably a greater risk introducing dirt in the lines if you take then off.No reason to remove them.
