Allan was right

The Canon camera I got in 2002 quit working about a year ago.

I just figured since I was carrying it around in the tractor and combine that I broke it.

Any way I asked Allan the other day if he thought it was worth fixing. He said give it a try, they might fix it for free.

I called Canon tech support and told them what it was doing. They said oh yeah there was a service report about that problem on my model.

They will fix it no charge. A eight year old camera.

They got my business.

GOOD NEWS Gary.

The very best advertising a company can get.

I have a Canon camera that has been trouble free, and I'm glad to hear that they stand behind their product.

Thanks for letting us know.

If you been on here any time at all you gota know ALLAN is always right. That guy is one sharp dude,, and nice to go with it.

A couple of years ago I got a Kodak digital camera that was probably worth $200. A year later, it was broke and wouldn't do anything. I called their repair line and was told that the warranty had expired, but they would fix it for $100. It didn't matter if they found out that there was no problem or if it had multiple problems, the fix would cost $100. (Plus shipping) Or they would take $100 off of one of their high collar cameras if I would just trade mine in.
I declined and bought a different brand.

Yeah, right.
