B5100 Kubota Overheat / Coolant loss..?

Hello- I'm having a coolant loss issue & resulting Overheat situ. with my 2 cyl. diesel. After running it at higher Rpm-for say 20- 25 min., I have to stop and let her cool off- then- Always needs a quart + to top off rad.-I don't have any water in the oil.So- > Any ideas folks?, much thanks on any replies- p.s.- I have "back-flushed" the radiator-to clear it out..J.B.

I have one of those 5100 and they have NO radiator so cooling is natural circulation. I ended up having the radiator reworked by a radiator shop to get the cooling back under control.
I suspect that some corrosion has built up in the radiator tubes and bacvk flushing just doesn't get it done.

Hey VA- Well, I know these little motors have no H20 pump- just use the "thermosyphon" system- like small farmall's ,etc.- And It just might be a head gasket leak-? causing higher than normal press. blowing out the coolant..? May drain it down- and pull the rad. 1st,-then ck it for flow-- It was fine just a year ago when I had it pulled for same issue- it just seems to be much worse now..thanks again- So we'll see-
