The farm we are building fence on is 400 acres. It is split in half by Coal Creek. There were numerous coal mines in our area hence the name. This is a brige on a road that was abandon many many years ago. It is nearly two miles from this bridge out the public road. The last time they used this brige they herded cattle accross it. As you can see in the picture it Coal Creek is pretty sizeable as it nears its end at the Spoon River. The bridge is in a state of disrepair but the iron work looks pretty solid after all these years.

That bridge looks as though it's partially made from sections of railroad track, is that correct?
