Flight Delays

Sitting in Manchester airport waiting for our flight to Seattle but there has been a delay of 7-8 hours which means we will more than likely miss our connection at Philadelpia. A day late in arriving will mean we need to some how catch up on a nights sleep and a days driving, all part of the holiday fun I guess. Getting real bored now so have decided to post a few pictures of Scotland.

Great pictures! I visited the Isle of Skye a few years ago. Took the big loop tour of scotland from South to North.

Isn't that castle where they shot part of the movie "Highlander"?
Great pictures. Even if England is my birthplace.
 
I like the one of the Castle and so much for the moat. Guess they had to declare a war in the rainy season or is that a inlet from the sea? If an inlet you would attack at low tide ,right so?JH
 
Love the photo's! Mother was English/Scottish and I lived in England for several years. Also have spent many hours/days driving through the highlands, with no itinery just stopping at B&B's when got tired. Hope your holiday in US is a great one!
