O/T question for glennster

ah, the old poly-gly coat. its applied at the dealer like a wax, will prolly last about a year. i would use a good quality car wax on it, meguiars wax products are a good choice. if your finish is not oxidized, dont use a cleaner wax, just a good wax. the cleaner waxes have a fine abrasive in them to scrub the oxidation off the clear coat. if you have extra time, or can con James in to it, apply mequiars show car glaze. its a hand glaze that is applied like a wax, and then hand buffed with a very soft cotton cloth. (used at car shows to really make the finish shine)
