1997 Ford Explorer front heaterac not working

Hit a bump and it works good until bump. Rear unit works ok. Tired Google to find wiring diagrams but unhappy with results. Any ideas? Thank you for any help you can provide. Also are there any forums like this one for cars and trucks? Armand
 
Sonds to me like your relay is bad, should be located by the blower motor on the outside on the firewall. Two screws or bolts hold it on with a clip on it for the wires that just unplugs. Had to replace one on the bosses explore last winter. Good Luck Bob
 
Sounds like a bad/loose relay or fuse. Check the power distribution box under the hood at the left side for relays and the fuse panel above the kick panel in the dash by the drivers door.
