16v149 detroit unlimited pulling tractor

was watching some tractor pulling online, was wondering why nobody sticks 2 or 3 of these monsters on an unlimited pulling tractor. probably too heavy for the class. just thought it would be cool to see 8 black plums shooting 75ft into the sky.
 
I think the tractors with 2 and 3 V-12 aircraft engines would put out a lot more HP and RPM and weigh a lot less. Dave
 
Smith Transport has several drag trucks that have multiple engines that run 13's in the quarter mile..I saw them a Salem Drag Raceway several years ago...Absolutely amazing..Another was a 1 ton Chevy with a 4-53/Allison combo that ran high 12's

I have seen them run V12 Allison aircraft engines.
One was running on alcohol.
One word to describe them................ WHAO!
2 or 3 would be............... WHAO! WHAO! WHAO!

The popeye tractor (original driver was killed by a faulty sled)in the UK uses 3 and one can be easily removed for a lower weight class. The engines were rebuilt and hopped up and I think all 3 were something like 7 or 8000 HP! I just looked and saw the black widow tractor with 5 alcohol V-8's that puts out 13,000 HP. Dave
