You get hammered with rain AGAIN?

This morning's cell went north of Peoria but got hit pretty hard tonight - Using a 5 gallon bucket instead of the rain gauge.

We didn't get anything this morning , but getting pretty hammered again tonight.

I am planning on going to Mt. Pleasant, if i dont have to swim half way there

oh yeah, we been getting nailed every day. getting a lot of ponding in the soybeans, dunno at this point if its even worth a replant in a few spots. corn is looking real good. may need to bale the grass on the lawn!!

Had another 2 inches here North of Marseilles, so not much can be done outside the rest of the week so will get tractors ready for Sandwich Early Day show.

driving in to the shop this morning, along caton farm road east of rt 47 a lot of corn is down in the fields. we had 70 mph winds come thru yesterday nite, they said the winds sustained at 60 mph for 10 minutes or so. blew 3 semi trucks over on i-57 and one on 290 and i-88. i'm thinkin the early spring plant prolly wasnt such a good idea.
