Well, fer phooie!

This morning I get to crawl up on top of the cab and replace that bad, ear splitting, scretching condenser motor that I've been putting off for the past 3 or 4 years.

Yeah, it finally froze up and left me with no air conditioning. :>(

Sure I'd do it for you, but you might not like the results! What is the weather like up there? Getting warm? In southern MO we're headed for about 90 by the weekend, though mid to upper 80s all week.

Good luck on the work.

Christopher

Be glad to trade. I'm scheduled to appear before our county zoning board later this morning over an issue with a hayfield of mine that's now within city limits and supposedly under restrictions prohibiting "grass over 10" tall". You go there and I'll fix your AC.

I going to sit in one of those horrible air-conditioned offices for about six hours then go on a 20-mile bicycle ride.

Looking good Allan. Finished my small field yesterday. Wife wants me to go shopping today and I would rather plant corn even though we have thunderstorms forcast. We still owe you a lunch if we ever get back through your country.

I"ve been told the city leaders have someone who wants the land and plan on turning up the pressure in an effort to force me to sell. They can buy it, but they ain"t gonna like my price. I bought it 6 years ago for investment purposes.

Allan----I have one squeeling on my little Honda CRV----180,000 miles on it....going to see if I can break your record of running it this way for another 3 years..

Question for you????-----Does your field have an end to it on the other side?

I just did the fan on a 1066 for the neighbor. Not a bad job except trying to get some of the bolts out. A new gasket or some silicone when you put the led back down or it will leak. Kinda hard on the knees while up there.

You probably have a county and/or state "Right to Farm" statute, which will save you.

This is one you should take to court, if city rules against you- judges usually have more common sense than city planners. Actually, EVERYBODY has more common sense than city planners.

Already back home. City zoning commissioner agreed to table the issue until October. That'll get me through hay season. Ownership changed (to me) since property was annexed by city. It wasn't zoned ag prior to my buying. City ordinance is enforceable, but looks like everyone is taking the high road. No fines at this time.

I'm affaid I would fall asleep all the time running your farm, I dont have a strait or level fields! Contours, Oh wonderful contours! On the bluffs of Mississippi and Wisconsin rivers. Wonderful hunting and fishing though!
