Air in tires

I have an Allis B with ballist rear tires. They are a little flat. How do I add air?

Turn the wheel till the valve stem is on top and put in some air. It won't take as much as if the tire was full of air.

Have you tried placing your lips over the valve stem (do a google search for a picture, so you'll know what you're looking for) and blowing?

and then have a bucket of water to rinse off the air chuck, cause you'll get a few drops of juice on it, and it corrodes everything.

Do just as Zachary say to do. You want around 12psi in them
