Do they make a power steering system for a 1947 Farmall M?

My 80+ neighbor rigged the cylinders off of the power steering on his 410 Mf combine to his M so he could keep rakin hay and feeding cows. Sorry about the OT but it reminded me of good ole Delbert.

there were 2 aftermarket power steering kits for the m, char-lynn made one and behlen made one. if you have a live pump, most of the parts are available from oem tractor parts or steiner tractor parts to put one together. also available used. send me an email and i can forward you copys of the owners manual for the char-lynn system if you like. i have them scanned on my computer at the shop.

I'd appreciate a copy of the Charlynn manual as well- I've had a setup I took off a salvage tractor kicking around for years, thinking of putting it on a Cockshutt 35. Email is mmittge at compprime dot com. Thanks!
