O,T, Tenn Flood

Been living here on the Cumberland river between west Tenn and Middle Tennessee fo over 30 years
and never have I had anything like this. 15 inches of rain in the last 24 hours ,Flooding in places unheard of. Interstate highways in Nashville blocked, I,ll try and post some photos. Three week old corn crop completly covred by 4 feet of water.
 
I live down on the Duck River. No electric in whole area & county roads washed out with downed trees across them. I left before the storm not knowing it would be bad. Why do these things always happen when I'm away & the little woman has to handle everything?
 
Hope all you guys and gals survive without loss of those nonreplacable personal items and will be able to recover from your crop devistation.Good luck to you all.
