Well-known tax cheat and "Cracking the Code" author Peter Hendrickson was just sentenced to two years and nine months in prison.

Amazingly, con-man Hendrickson's web site is still up and still ensnaring anyone gullible enough to believe you don't have to pay income tax.

I worked with a guy into that in the 80's. Lost his marriage. Then he got into the militia thing in the 90's. Then into the Y2K thing. Along the way, it was the 1 world government, the illuminatti, the Masons. Now he is a birther, tea party guy. Another thing was his Amway / multi level marketing thing of the month. Now he is trying to sell some gas additive that will let me get 60 mpg!! I enjoy talking to him. Never know what kind of weirdness he will come up with. Kinda my pet rat winger.

If your eager to lose what little freedom you have left keep trusting and applauding a government that sends this man to prison while half of the prezs cabinet and a disgusting number of congressmen are far worse but suffer no consequences what so ever.

LAA,

I'm not aware of any federal officials, past or present, elected or appointed, who actively encouraged their fellow citizens to commit felony tax fraud. If you have some examples, please feel free to share them.

I did not say that the aforementioned elected officials solicited anyone else to commit felony tax fraud, I said that those elected officials themselves commited felony tax fraud. Malfeasance and abuse of power by law enforcers and law makers are infinitely more serious crimes and dangers to the nations well being than an individual citizen attempting to evade an unconstitutional and immoral tax.

Ain't found anybody yet will call me "teabagger" to my face.

Plenty will do it from the safety of print or tv, however.

Had a friend that got in the Amway thing big and lost his A$$. then Opened a Auto Parts Store and lost the rest. some people just don't learn, stupid is as stupid does. The last time I heard from him he was into some else.

"an unconstitutional and immoral tax"

Sounds like you read Pete's book! This might be a good time to file an amended return, as his theories didn't work out too well for him.

I did not read his book, as for an amended return, I don't need one, I have always made sure my filings were as accurate as possible. I was taught that it was better to pay my tax than to be a parasite and live off of others peoples tax, but, that doesn't mean I have to agree with it or like it. Do you think that the amount of tax you pay is fair when nearly half of the filers do not pay any and still get a vote? The constitution does not say ''one man, one vote'' as has been popular to quote for several years, the correct phrase is ''one tax, one vote''. Non tax payers should not have a vote unless they are active military because one group should not be able to vote for or against things that other people have to pay for.
