Finally getting some rain!

Raining nice and steady in east central MN. We needed it bad.

Couldn't see the soil finisher or packer because of the dust when I was in the field yesterday.
 
The storms keep peterin' out right before they get to us. All we get is light rain. Which is better than none but the rivers and ponds are low for this time of year.
 
Yes we are! Airseeded 32 acres of oats last night, didn t get out in time to drag in, guess I better get out today asapm but am concerned the seed will be sticking to the tires if it is still wet. Not sure what to do. I am sure I will be fine letting it go a day.
 
We received 42 hundredths as of noon today with more coming tonight. Near Osage, Iowa Nice rain
so far for the corn in the ground.
 
Boy is this rain great! Lots to do outside, but I'm not complaining at all. We really needed it.
 
I got 3 whole tenths here in SE MN. Barely settled the dust. Going to need a lot more just to get a lot of corn to germinate in the dust. In my 38 years I've never seen it this dry this early.
