Yes but they dont list the actual circuit boards, some other parts are offered there.

I used to call their main office in Mn to order parts and boards. 800-272-9877 I could also ask to talk to a tech. Zareba just got bought out by Woodstream. Now there is a new number in pa to call 800-800-1819
I don't know which number to call or if their ordering system has changed.

Never heard of the 5000B. What part do you need? Orscheln's sells a number of Zareba transformer boards for the smaller units. (And if they carry them in stock on the rack, then you know it is something that goes out a lot.

If you have a bad capacitor or something, you can change that out yourself without buying the board.

Zareba bought up a number of small charger makers and used the same model numbers but changed the internals to their designs.They used the same module in 11 different models.It will cost you 50 bucks every time lightning strikes.Just fixed 2 older chargers for 20 bucks total.Both had been hit by lightning.
