JD B steering wheels

Any body know what the difference is in the steering wheels and the many different years of the b, Mine is a 44 model, and had a ford pickup steering wheel welded on to it so i orderd a steering shaft off of ebay but it was off of a 40 model, and the steering wheel application changes at the 41-44 mark, so what is the difference, Thanks Bob

The steering shaft is the same for B6000-200999 and will work on your 44B.

Take a look at the steering wheel on "Uncle Earl" our 39B.

Take a look at the steering wheel on "John B" our 43B.

The steering wheel is universal on all B's.

order the 4 spoke one made for a "R" 20in dia. will make your "B" steer like PS...have a 51 with one on it

the 39-40 B steering wheel had a different style hub which was bigger and had unique shape.
