before I helped him load hay my neighbor had to check the fire at his smokehouse It is made out of an old refridgerator. He gave me a tray of homemade scrapple. Him and three other farmer neighbors all get together and butcher and make scrapple., liver pudding and summer sausage . They had the hams in brine and were smoking them this weekend. The butchering is a PA dutch tradition and it is nice to see them continue it.

Makes my mouth water! The set-up looks great, keeping the heat seperate so that just the smoke gets to the hams. I'll bet the fragrance is enough to about drive one crazy.

Godda hand it to you; Left the driver's side door on the pu. open so ya could make a quick get-a-way from the FEDS, got a couple a tractor tires to roll down the driveway to crash their cars, hams a smokin, old pu with cap for storage? Your my kinda guys. Here's to you.
