Crescent Forge open for business?

Is Crescent Forge back in business? Three people have posted replies to plow questions in the last two days, saying to call Crescent Forge.

The only thing I've heard about them in over 2 years is that they're out of business and looking for a buyer.

What I last heard was that if a buyer wasn't found by the end of June, they were going to sell it for scrap

From what I've gathered from their salesman (Simonds) the business is shut down. If not sold by the end of June 30 all items will be auctioned off.
Really kind of sad....the owner doesn't care if it's open or not, just isn't interested in that kind of business.
Moldboard manufacturing on this continent will be a thing of the past.
