There's nothing left for him to do here

I'll miss Mr Orange, but I'm sure the next fellow will take good care of him. We leave in the morning to start his life 2 hours down the highway.

Jason I have a tractor sinular to what you have on the trailer , Can you tell me the size and weight of your trailer also does it have loading ramps ,I want to move mine but do not know what size trailer to look for.Have a great SAFE day Thank you Barney

The tractor is supposed to be around 3200 without the loader, so I'll guess 3800 with the loader. My trailer has 2 x 5000 axles, and the weight of the trailer is around 2250. So I can safely haul just over 7750. Ramps slide into the back.
If your tractor has a loader, you'll want 18ft for proper balancing. If not, a 16ft would suffice. 2 x 3500 axles gives you about 5200lbs of cargo weight, plenty for what you need.
A 16ft trailer with 3500 axles can be easily found all over with ramps included. Look for brakes on both axles and lots of tie-down spots.
My two cents. Good Luck.

One more thing: for the heavier machines I move I bring with me a pair of 3 tonne jack stands, and place them under the back of the trailer to help the rear axle take the brunt of the weight. I learned that after seeing my uncle load his tractor on his 20+ year old trailer: the rear axle really sags now when he's loading/unloading. It's a cheap investment that helps save the rear axle.
