Sealed 12 volt batt OK with trickle charger?

going to make a 12 Volt battery with trickle charger and inverter on two wheel dolly only to run a TV during power outage. Will a sealed battery work with trickle charger or will I need a common lead acid car battery?

Either will be fine. I would go sealed due to less chance of spills/fumes and maintenance. Jim

you want a deep cycle battery for that type of use...like on a boat trolling motor.
