HEY OLD I am trying to take the Draw-Bar off that I posted to you here a week ago and I just noticed
that the chain is busted and I can not pull the
lock to open the snap coupler, is there another way around this? If so how or what do I need to do.MANY THANKS

You can crawl under with a large screwdriver and pry the latch down wile you pull the hitch loop back. You could also just fix the chain. I've seen someone selling a replacement chain on eBay. You can also get a measurement off of another tractor and get some chain from a hardware store. The small chain splices will fit through the holes to hold it all together. I think I've got a spare release lever/chain floating around. If I can find it, I'll get a measurement off of it for you.

Smack it a few times with a hammer and most likely it will almost jump right off. Be sure your clear because if it does jump off you don not want to be under it or you might take a trip to see the E.R. for broken parts. This one it a NO can do CRS thing you have to remember to stay clear, guess how I know one can jump LOL

OK DAD I will not lay under it and smack it with a DBH {DANG BIG HAMMER}. OK, How YA did any way
every thing here is fine and the little woman is
getting ready for spring and making the honey do list bigger and bigger. What do I do. I guess that
goes with the words I do.

I was talking to a guy last night about his tractors he 6 all different kinds, and he leaves them all out side, and Im thining this ant good on those tractors, but each to his own, will I got to go, Ill talk at ya later.

You could remove the pin that holds the entire assembly onto the tractor. Easier to work on then.
