CAUGHT HER!!!!!!!!!

Took my son to a hockey game out of town tonight.Reffer to the WOW! post for the briefing.On the way home,slowed down and nosed in the yard of a divorced man I was suspiscious of her leaving me for and do you KNOW WHAT?Saw a car that looked like her's.Turned around and drove in the driveway and sure enough it was!She's best friends with his sister so I called her and she was home,so that meant she was with him alone.They deserve one another!I have been relieved of any and all guilt I had in her leaving me and turning our families lives upside down.We live in a small small town and rumors spread VERY quickly.I'm officially off the hook for ruining her life,she does that on her own.GOOD RIDDENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Surprize surprize. That is what she was doing when she left you 2 years ago, and after the other man gave out, she left and drug her sorry arse home to you. Document the time and place and get your lawyer moving right now. Dont wait. Have him file on the grounds of her cheating outside the marriage. Tks,I'm not as stupid as I look either lol.Before I let her come back last year,She agreed to sign a very detailed marriage contract,protecting me from her taking any assets off the farm,which she was totally uninvolved with in any way shape or form,ensuring I get a minimum of 50% custody of the children and NO spousal support,she makes way more than me anyways.

IF SHE MAKES MORE THAN YOU, YOU CAN CLAIM SPOUSAL/CHILD SUPPORT FROM HER!!! Don't you remember Joan Lunden complaining about having to pay something like $15,000 a month in child/spousal support when she got divorced. What about Parker Stevenson when he divorced Kirstie Alley? She made the money and had to pay him thousands and thousands! Get a good lawyer and go after her. You always hear about the women complaining, make good for all the men that have been on the loosing end. My sister is broke up with her ex because he cheated numerous times and turned into a total loser. Didn't work after she kicked him out of her business and still has to pay him $600 a month for a year till he gets established. A judge will decide after a year if she still has to pay him. He also got 50% custody of the 2 young kids. Don't let her know what you know until after talking to a lawyer. A picture of her car in the guys driveway might help if she tries to deny it. Dave

Now that you know where you are going you need two good people in your corner, a good lawyer and a better banker. When my first wife walked out on me I got better advise from my banker than I did from my lawyer. And yes that was tractor related, I hated going 4 months with out see'n them along with most of my equipment but it was nice to know they were safe. Even better when I got to "buy" them back from my banker and get them out of his woods. If you ain't done it yet call and get you a new credit card number and new card for any in your name. Freeze any bank accounts yall have together. Let him pay her bills from now on.

No matter what any of the others say, keep venting to us on here and not around your kids.

Phillip is going through a tough time. It may not be exactly tractor related but tractor owners are friends and friends are really needed in times like this.

Unless you have them on video or an indpendent witness seeing them 'in the act' you don't have any evidence that will do you any good legally,but if its self assurance you were looking for I guess you got it.

Tractors never try to control you and make you jump through hoops just to "prove that you love them."
When is the last time your tractor got mad over NOTHING and the only fix was to buy it something that it really did not need?
When was the last time your tractor went shopping all day and was still not happy?
When was the last time your tractor, after you had it and took great care of it for 20 years, decided that another farmer had more to offer?
When was the last time your tractor took up with another farmer and then ended up "blaming" it all on you and you paid for it?

There is no greater revenge on a man who has stolen your wife than to let him KEEP HER!!!

I can tell you from my own experience and seeing many others, once someone (man or woman) crosses that line, it is rare that they do not do it again (and again, and again). I know there are rare cases where someone jumps track, learns their lesson, and never does it again. But you better know that it is very RARE.
What happens in many cases if you take them back is they "behave" for a while, long enough to gain some of your trust. They just get much smarter at doing it the next time as to not get caught.
Best thing to do is cut your losses and move on. There are still people out there that know how to stay monogamous in a relationship.
Let the "other guy" have your "problem", you will be glad in the long run, and he will wish he had never messed with her.
"Tigers never change their stripes", and you can take that to the bank!

Most states have "no fault" divorce laws now, so no evidence needed- both just agree that the marriage is "irretrievably broken", whatever that means.

If it's a no fault state, you could video them in bed, and not mean anything at all in the court system. As I stated before she doesn't care anymore who knows. She has crossed that line, and even her parents opinion makes no differance to her.

Your attorney will shock you with the real facts of importance -- not what the moral majority thinks is a card in your favor. Taking pictures of her car parked elsewhere has been considered a controling her life issue before in Iowa. ASK your attorney.

If indeed children are involved / custody. Do you have a fathers for equal rights group?

Your banker is going to be nervous as you have never seen before, and a request for a double signature is often a good idea. Have you checked your accounts lately?

If there is a cutody battle, keep this in mind if you want to sneak the issue into the court system. In your opinion she is capable of being a very good mother. You would like to have the children untill she gets her life back together.

While she is out having a good time with the guys, WHO is spending quality time with the kids? This has been known to work, The judges usualy do not aprove, but the legal part of it is another side they are to stand by. But it probably the best you got.

Is she a hottie? If so, every woman in your small town considers her as a threat. They will not come forth with any negative staments even if you ask for them. They do not want to get involved. BUT, if you make them comfortable and never bring up the subject of your divorce, they sure as heck will once they are comfortable. You will be surprised what comes out of the wood work. Women will rip another threat in
to shreads if given the opertunity. That is their nature.

Don't ever miss any child function, and never let her know in any shape size or form, that you know anything about her activities. (THAT IS VERY TOUGH) A surprise in a court room is something she and her attorney can not prepare for ahead of time.

The courts frown on bad mouthing the other spouce, You are the one if granted custody, You will try to cooperate and get along, and hope she sees the kids real often.

you said it brother...i came ......that close to cuttin my exes boyfriend in half with my sawed off...luckily common sense prevailed and he's stuck with her for a life sentence...well...life till she finds a better sucker.

Last Monday a marital mess came to a head near and where I grew up.
70yr old Fred Preston from Burk's Falls just found out his estranged wife was the town wh*re for decades. Fred went to Leadbury Ontario between Walton and Seaforth to the youngest daughter's place. Looking for his wife.
The OPP pulled over his truck and young Vu Pham a Father of three school age boys. Deacon of his church, community volunteer, minor hockey/soccer, baseball coach, hunter, fisherman and camper. Vu was a decent man too, a rare sensible fellow who was a good cop without being an egomaniac *ss.
Fred got the jump on officer Vu and shot him in the head in front of another OPP officer arriving on the scene.
A brief shootout later and Fred was shot in the head by the 2nd officer.
Vu was removed from life-support Monday night with his family standing by and funeral held in Wingham last Friday.
Fred was brain dead too and they pulled the plug last Thursday.
Don't know the details if Fred was showing any age or illness induced dementia. In any case his wayward wife contributed to two heartbroken families and two mourning communities.
Turns out Vu while as a kid and in his teens .With his adopted family went to the same church in Burk’s Falls as Fred Preston. Both families knew each other well.
Vu may have recognized Fred but obviously Fred didn’t recognize Vu two decades later and wearing a uniform.

It's possible Fred just "snapped". When he found out half town knew his wife was sleeping around and he didn't know it.

Yep,I'll tell you,my brother in law is a better man than I am for not pulling the trigger on that tramp of a sister of mine. I'll NEVER forgive her for doing to him what Phillipd's wife did to him. Her,or the useless piece of human garbage she worked with and took up with. Just remains to be seen which one will screw the other one over first.
