You might try a stunt from Old. If you are going to park the tractor for a long time, block the clutch pedal down with a piece of wood or something so it's disengaged.

That is not the problem too much clearence for that to happen. Tie your pedal down then look and see how much clearence is between the flywheel and pressure plate.
